Flowingto is a collaborative database built around screenshots. You can think of it as a team-friendly design reference library combined with a user flow tool. The goal is simple: bring product screenshots back from scattered chat threads, photo albums, Figma links, and Notion docs into one place that is organized, discussable, and traceable.
In real product work, a few problems show up again and again:
- You want to find the history of a feature, but end up digging through old messages.
- The same screen behaves differently on iOS, Android, and Web, but there is no unified way to compare them.
- Feedback from design reviews disappears into meetings and becomes hard to revisit later.
- Teams talk about flows, but the source material is still a pile of disconnected images.
Flowingto is designed to solve that with a straightforward structure:
- Workspace: manage permissions and collaboration by team or organization
- Collection: organize references by platform or product line, such as iOS, Android, Web, or Desktop
- Version: track how the same set of screens evolves over time
Each screenshot can also become a place for deeper collaboration:
- Add hotspots to highlight important areas
- Leave comments for async review and decision tracking
- Link one screenshot to the next to quickly build a user flow
The result is a visual knowledge base that keeps growing with the product. It works for competitive research, design QA, product reviews, and onboarding new team members who need to understand how the product fits together.
