Cloudapp

I'm responsible for the design of Tencent Cloud's Cloudapp, including:

Official website. Interaction and partial visual design for the Cloudapp product detail page, automated deployment intro page, merchant onboarding page, and more, plus prototype development with Claude Code / Codex

Merchant backend. We built a UI-only code repository from the merchant backend's development repo: removed the backend logic, kept only the static styles, and used mock data to simulate backend responses. Designers and product managers can build high-fidelity agent coding prototypes directly on top of it — it has supported multiple requirements so far.

Built and maintain the Tencent Cloud console design system component library, rebuilt on the latest Figma features, covering dozens of components and hundreds of variants.
Developed a shadcn component library in the Tencent Cloud console design system style (with Claude Code), now used in several internal tools.
Developed and maintained internal design tools (Figma plugins).

Console sidebar redesign: designed and developed the icon motion system. See An Atomic CSS System for Icon Motion.

Wrote and organized several skills: D2C, competitive analysis, designer development environment setup, design review, and more. The design review skill has reviewed over 100 pages of the website and found 200+ issues.
Gave multiple AI coding talks within the team.
